Terms and Conditions
This page covers the main rules that apply when you use BC.Game. We explain account requirements, betting procedures, payments, and other important information you should know before signing up. Once you create an account, you agree to follow these rules. If something is unclear, contact support before you register.
The site is operated by Twocent Technology Limited, a company registered in Belize. BC.Game is licensed by the government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence number ALSI-202410011-FI1.
User Responsibilities
You need to be 18 or older to use BC.Game. No exceptions. BC.Game reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Your login and password are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. When you sign up, enter your real details. Fake names or wrong dates of birth will cause problems later, especially during withdrawals.
If online betting is restricted where you live, do not try to get around it using VPNs or proxies. You are responsible for making sure that using BC.Game is legal in your country. Gambling is meant for entertainment. Set a budget before you start and stick to it.
You must be the authorised user of any payment method you use. All payments must be made in good faith. When placing bets, you may lose some or all of the funds deposited. You accept full responsibility for any losses. Rude behaviour, threats, or harassment will get your account closed.
Account and Registration
You need an account to place bets or play casino games. One account per person. Do not try to open a second one. If detected, both accounts will be blocked and any winnings forfeited.
When you register, use your real name, date of birth, home address, email, and phone number. Double-check your email because you will need it for verification and password recovery. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.
Your account is yours only. You cannot sell it, give it away, or let someone else place bets through it. Transferring funds between player accounts is not allowed. If your details change, update them in settings or contact support. Accounts with fake information get closed. BC.Game can refuse registration without giving a reason.
Company employees, licensees, distributors, subsidiaries, contractors, media partners, and their immediate family members cannot use the site without prior written approval from management.
Restricted Territories
BC.Game does not provide services where online gambling is prohibited. You cannot use the site if you are a resident of or accessing from: Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, Union of Comoros, United Kingdom, United States and its territories, all FATF blacklisted countries, and any other jurisdictions prohibited by the Anjouan External Finance Authority.
Using VPNs or proxies to bypass these restrictions is strictly prohibited. If detected, your account will be closed and funds confiscated.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
BC.Game verifies your identity before processing withdrawals. This is standard practice to prevent fraud and money laundering.
You may be asked to provide a valid photo ID such as a passport, driving licence, or national ID card, plus a recent utility bill as proof of residence. BC.Game may also request a selfie, arrange a verification call, or use third-party sources to confirm your identity.
Until verification is complete, some features may be locked. Make sure your documents are clear and readable. Blurry photos or expired IDs slow things down.
Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet is locked in. You cannot cancel or change it. BC.Game can void bets due to system errors or obvious pricing mistakes. If a bet is accepted at odds significantly different from market rates, BC.Game reserves the right to cancel it.
Minimum and maximum stakes are set by BC.Game and can change without notice. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts. Results come from official sources. All results become final after 72 hours and no claims will be accepted after that. Within 72 hours, results may only be corrected due to human error or system error.
If a match is postponed and not resumed within 72 hours, bets will be voided and refunded. Bets on tournament progression or winners remain valid regardless of postponements. Start times displayed on the site are indicative only.
You are responsible for your own transactions. Once complete, they cannot be changed. Check your account after each session to ensure all bets were accepted.
Deposits and Withdrawals
BC.Game works with various payment methods including cryptocurrencies. All deposits must come from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Funds from illegal activities must not be deposited.
Deposits in different currencies will be converted at current exchange rates. Some payment systems may charge additional conversion fees. BC.Game does not charge deposit fees in most cases, but you are responsible for any banking fees on your end.
Your gaming account is not a bank account. It is not insured or protected by any deposit insurance system. No interest is paid on funds held.
To comply with AML requirements, you must wager the full deposit amount at least once (1x) before withdrawing. Minimum withdrawal is 10 EUR or equivalent. Withdrawals go back the same way deposits came in. BC.Game may allow withdrawals to a different method at its discretion, subject to additional security checks.
Monthly withdrawal limits apply. If your balance exceeds ten times your total deposits, withdrawals are capped at 5,000 EUR per month. Otherwise, the maximum is 10,000 EUR per month.
Amounts credited by mistake remain BC.Game property and will be removed. If your account has a negative balance, you owe that amount.
Privacy and Security
BC.Game collects personal data when you register and use the site. This includes name, contact information, payment details, and betting history. The data is used to manage accounts, process transactions, and verify identity.
All information is encrypted and stored securely. BC.Game does not sell data to third parties. Information is shared only when required by law. All transactions may be checked to prevent money laundering.
Prohibited Uses
BC.Game is for personal entertainment only. The following actions result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
Opening multiple accounts. Using someone else’s ID or payment method. Betting for other people. Running bots, scripts, or automated systems. Exploiting bugs or promo loopholes. Money laundering. Accessing from restricted countries via VPN. Colluding with other users. Scraping odds or violating intellectual property rights. Interfering with other users or disrupting the service.
Responsible Gambling
Betting is meant for entertainment. BC.Game offers self-exclusion for users who need a break. Contact support from your registered email and request self-exclusion. It activates within 24 hours and your account will be disabled until further notice. If you feel you have lost control, seek help from professional organisations.
Complaints and Disputes
If you have a problem, contact support via live chat or email. Provide all details including dates, amounts, and screenshots. Disputes must be submitted within 3 days after the bet was settled. No claims accepted after that.
BC.Game aims to respond within a few days, though it may take up to 28 days. If unsatisfied, you can refer the dispute to the Anjouan Gaming Board. In all disputes, BC.Game server records are the primary source of truth.
Changes to Terms
BC.Game updates these terms from time to time. New versions are published on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new rules. Bets placed before changes remain subject to the previous terms.
